It's embarrassing. And it is no one's fault but my own.
So I have decided to try this a third time. My best friend Treasure is joining me to be my accountability partner. I also have a buddy Andrea that is a great encouragement to me. She follows the Tone It Up plan.
I will post my stats and my pictures as soon as I get a chance, hopefully by this weekend. I am starting nursing school tomorrow. This is going to be difficult but I know that I can do it. I need all the support I can get! Love,
Alli
Hi Alli! I followed your link at BodyForLife.com. You do not fail at life! You're beautiful and you keep fighting the good fight. I admire your tenacity and perseverence. I'm looking forward to following your progress! ~ Jen
ReplyDeleteA failure is someone who, when he or she falls down, refuses to stand up, dust off, and try again. Your determination to try again proves that you are NOT a failure. Believe in yourself... you got this, girl! You're going to look H-O-T in your scrubs!!! I'm rooting for you!
ReplyDeleteIn my community nutrition class we are taught to assess our patients and listen, understand, and communication with them our #1 key point to get across...is that everyone "fails". Unaccomplished goals happen and when we fail to achieve our goals especially weight loss it is inevitable. However those who are the stronger ones pick them selves back up and get back on the motivation-train and get moving.
ReplyDeleteI too failed at my goal but with the new year and new challenge with TIU, not to mention the wonderful support from my boyfriend and you :) I have never been more motivated in my life. If all I do is talk about the gym, a new workout, or a new recipe please forgive me. Because aside from being a student, I let people define me by my motivation they see when my face is at the GYM and i am SWEATING IN BEAST MODE!
:) Two a days is ok. :)
I love you no matter what, but i know that motivation is in you. So THINK positive, BE positive, and WORK like crazy and you can achieve anything!!!
